DIAS Projektentwicklung GmbH was founded in 2012 by the two Managing Directors Dietmar Murawatz and Aslan Kurtaran. As experienced project developers and building contractors, we develop, plan and build high-quality residential properties for buyers and investors. Focusing on properties in Vienna we select only good and up and coming locations promising high living standard.
The headquarter of the management is our city centre office at Graben 7, where we welcome our customers for personal meetings. We support each customer individually, from planning to turnkey handover of the apartment.
As a full-service provider for investors we take over the overall project development and the implementation of all required measures. These include the property search, profitability analysis, income calculation, planning, tendering, awarding, project management up to completion and marketing.
